Portable - dimensional control directly to you
Thanks to our portable instruments such as Measuring arms and Laser Trackers, we at Check Solution are able to provide measurement services on your site. We are therefore able to certify manual and pneumatic welding equipment directly at your company premises, avoiding to move medium and large equipment.
We take care of testing and fine-tuning of your equipment, guaranteeing speed and precision, by adjusting the blocks using shims, with the aim of stabilising and balancing such tools.

Within our Metrology Laboratory, we have the complete range of Hexagon CMMs, the top of the range in the category, which guarantees absolute precision in measurement services. These features, in addition to allowing us to provide customised measurement programmes, have lead us to be a reference point for measurement in Precision Mechanics.

3D measurement services, thanks to the right combination of hardware and software and thanks to our qualified and experienced technicians, we at Check Solution can accurately reconstruct or analyse 3D objects without touching them, by acquiring their shape through very
precise three-dimensional scans. Other companies, like us, are able to model scans with automatic software for creating 3D models, but our company can model a scan manually or in a hybrid mode (automatic + manual), obtaining very high quality results in a short time.
Reverse engineering now accounts for 30% of our measurement services!

Pilot checks
One of the most common activities of Check Solution concerns interventions during the pilot phases of production, the first moulding and laser cutting analyses. Thanks to the experience of our technicians specialised in measurement services, we are not only able to measure the geometries, but also to understand how to intervene on the corrections of the different operations in the production phase. This allows our customers to obtain the necessary geometric growth during the assembly of the various parts of a component.

Training
