Check Solution has a wide range of optical measuring machines: one of the most innovative models is the optical measuring machine for external dimensional control of cylindrical elements. This tool allows us to perform fast, accurate and objective quality checks in the production phase, alongside the CNC: a solution that reduces machine downtime and allows to keep production always within tolerance, thanks to the real time correction of the tool using the data acquired by the measuring machine.
To give an example, during the tooling and batch change phases, MTL measuring machines allow you to save up to 1 hour of machine downtime, greatly reducing the measurement times of the first pieces produced. This translates into a significant advantage from an economic and investment point of view.
The assortment of measuring machines available to Check Solution also includes Metrios, an optical measuring machine for two-dimensional control. This machine allows you to perform a precise and objective quality test directly in production, as well as when receiving the delivery or at the final check stage before the shipment. It will be sufficient to freely place the piece to be measured on the surface and press a button for Metrios to identify and measure the element to be checked.
Performing the measurement directly in the workshop allows Check Solution to take action directly on the production process, to correct the tool in real time and keep the system in tolerance. This allows our customers to save up to an hour of machine downtime by reducing the measurement times of the first pieces produced with a very rapid return on investment.
